This group is for people who have an interest in innovation within service businesses. Informal meetings are held on a monthly basis to discuss topics around Purpose, People and Process (refer mindmap in photo). Each meeting has a key theme with insights provided by an expert within the group, followed by group discussion. The meetings are kept to a maximum of an hour.
